After years of surfing and kitesurfing daily, the pterygium in my eye was becoming larger and larger, irritating my eye more and more. I would feel it rub against my eyelid and the friction would result in constant eye redness. Besides that, the pterygium made my eye look strange – my eye looked foggy, uneven, and aged.

You and your team are very punctual. I have never waited in your office more than a few minutes to start the process. This is extremely rare in many businesses these days and is pretty much the unheard of in the medical professions
Your team in operationally efficient. I am an operations consultant and notice very small details that your team has down pat. For example I call right when the office opens in the morning with an urgent concern and even though I see you in less than 2 hours my file is right next to the person I sign in with. No fuss and no muss.
There are absolutely never a bunch of people waiting in the waiting room that have signed in but who haven't yet been serviced. I don't think I've ever seen more than one name on the list that wasn't highlighted, indicating they were ready to be seen.
Your team's work ethic and professionalism shows in everything they do.
It is obvious that you are one busy office, but when I'm with you I feel that you are 100% present in the moment. You take the time to answer questions and if my family is there you spend time to explain things to them. I get the same feeling from everyone I talk to in the office.
