that day. People I tell the story to are amazed and I've heard several stories
of people that had much more trouble than I did even when their problems started
out smaller than mine.

You and your team are very punctual. I have never waited in your office more
than a few minutes to start the process. This is extremely rare in many businesses
these days and is pretty much the unheard of in the medical professions

Your team in operationally efficient. I am an operations consultant and
notice very small details that your team has down pat. For example I call
right when the office opens in the morning with an urgent concern and even
though I see you in less than 2 hours my file is right next to the person
I sign in with. No fuss and no muss.
There are absolutely never a bunch of people waiting in the waiting room that have signed in but who haven't yet been serviced. I don't think I've ever seen more than one name on the list that wasn't highlighted, indicating they were ready to be seen.
