Frequently Asked Questions

What is LATISSE®?

LATISSE® solution is a once-a-day treatment you apply yourself each evening to the base of the upper eyelashes much like you would liquid eyeliner. You should prepare the eyelid by cleansing the skin thoroughly before application. DO NOT APPLY in your eye or to the lower lid because excess hair growth outside the treatment area may occur. For complete instructions please ask your Harvard Eye Associates Facial Aesthetics Expert for a demonstration. You can also review the LATISSE® website for instructions here.

Will I get better results if I use Latisse more often, or in larger quantities?

No. For optimal results, follow the enclosed instruction sheet. Just once a day, apply a thin line of Latisse Eyelash Conditioner to the base your eyelashes, as though you were applying eyeliner. Remember: only a small amount of Latisse is needed to dramatically enhance the appearance of your natural eyelashes.

Can I use Latisse with my daily facial products and/or moisturizers?

Yes. Make Latisse Eyelash Conditioner part of your nightly routine. First apply your Latisse Eyelash Conditioner solution as usual; wait 5 minutes, then apply your regular facial creams and moisturizers.
